At Abalone, the Corporate Social Responsibility was never an option. It is a priority, at the heart of Abalone's challenges, and illustrates our desire to promote a society of doing, action and collective intelligence.

CSR and biodiversity, a commitment to bees
We are committed to preserving biodiversity by installing three beehives on the roof of our head office. This participatory initiative made it possible to produce local and organic honey, while supporting the Champoivre apiaries and l'ESAT Ateliers du Landas in Rezé (44) for putting honey into tubes. We thus make our contribution to the preservation of bees, essential to our ecosystem.
In 2022, no less than 35kg of excellent local and organic honey were produced, to the great pleasure of our employees!
Promotion of carbon-free mobility
In 2022, we continued our mission to promote cleaner mobility. In 2022, 64% of our commercial fleet was made up of electric or hybrid vehicles (up 2 points compared to 2021).
In 2021, we set out to achieve a complete carbon footprint, it is now done: objective achieved!
CSR is also support for youth and research
Since 2018, Abalone has supported thePolyjoule association, which brings together students from the Polytech Nantes Engineering School and the Lycée La Joliverie.
Together, we design, build and optimize prototype vehicles for energy races. This initiative encourages soft mobility and research in energetic efficiency.
Reduction and compensation of environmental impacts
In 2022, we also conducted a survey on the mobility of our temporary employees to better understand and reduce CO2 emissions linked to their travel.
We also reiterated the collection of cigarette butts and cans to encourage recycling and waste reduction.
CSR also involves actions in favor of Employment
More than ever, we have acted to promote access to employment for all. By participating in Duoday 2022, our actions have enabled duos made up of temporary employees and collaborators to work together, thus promotinginclusion and l'Insertion.
Furthermore, actions of training were organized to help temporary employees improve their skills.
Continue to train our employees
At Abalone, our employees are committed, not only to the evolution of their personal uses, but also to updating their knowledge and business skills.
In 2022, 18 of our agency managers followed the manager training. The objective set in 2021 was achieved and new sessions were organized in 2023.
Transparency and fight against corruption
In 2022, we implemented an anti-corruption code of conduct, committing ourselves to prevent, never accept and always act against corruption. This approach also aims to maintain transparent and ethical business practices.
In 2022, no employee was sanctioned for having demonstrated practices contrary to this code.
Ce CSR report 2022 reflects our ongoing commitment to environmental and social sustainability. Our efforts were even rewarded by AFNOR, which awarded us the exemplary level of the CSR Label!
Concrete objectives are set each year to continue reducing the company's ecological footprint, support biodiversity and promote cleaner mobility. We also continue to invest in training and social inclusion.
This responsible and transparent approach demonstrates, we hope, that Abalone strives to be a positive actor in society, while strengthening its position as a socially responsible company.
