Integration & monitoring of our temporary workers

To guarantee reliable recruitments and integration optimal temporary workers for our clients, we set up a rigorous integration process, which begins with the first meeting with the candidate. Our recruiters ensure that the needs of the candidates are in line with adequacy with the expectations of our customers and the specificities of the positions to be filled. This notably involves a detailed description of the position and its environment, qualification interviews, possible pre-selection assessments or even a reference check. Once the position has been taken up, we continue to maintain close contact with our temporary workers in order to ensure the smooth running of the missions. The follow-up carried out by our employees contributes to the loyalty, well-being and fulfillment of our temporary workers with our clients. Finally, we also encourage the upgrade skills of our temporary workers thanks in particular to an internal training unit, in order to develop them with our customers.
