Sponsorship at Abalone
The sponsorship bonus is changing: it will now appear directly on your pay slips. And we double it for the godparents!
If you introduce us to a friend, an acquaintance or even someone in your family, you can win money. The condition: your sponsored child must have worked a minimum of 450 hours over the last 12 months, in one or more mission(s), with one of our clients.
For godparents: it is no longer 50 but 100€ (gross) that you will receive. As a sponsored person, the bonus is €50 (gross). As with sponsors, it will also be paid with your salary.

The Time Savings Account: Abalone saves you money!
The Time Savings Account (CET) is an investment on which you can store your end-of-mission allowances (IFM) and paid leave (CP).
Still hesitating? The Time Savings Account is:
- PROFITABLE : Abalone immediately increases the amount placed in the account by 5%. For example, you receive € 350 over a month in CP and IFM: ABALONE adds € 17.50. You earn 105 € over 6 months! Your account information is available with the payslip.
- AVAILABLE : you can unblock all or part of your account at any time. For all needs, do not hesitate to use this money!
- RADIO : if this does not suit you, you can decide to close it after two months, you are not committed.
- EASY : CET is for all temporary workers. At Abalone, there is no need for seniority or minimum contract duration. Do not hesitate to come to an agency to complete your membership form.

The Works Council: the CSE Abalone
The CSE allows you to benefit from advantages such as social and cultural activities: cinema tickets at reduced prices, preferential prices for leisure parks, competitions, end-of-year gifts * ... (* subject to conditions) attribution).
BUT NOT ONLY ! The CSE Abalone is responsible for expressing to the employer the complaints of the employees, individual or collective, and for all that affects their interests: organization of work, training, health & safety, working conditions. The elected representatives of the CSE are your representatives as the pivot of social dialogue within the company!
