We have heard about it since 2014, the year it entered into force on an experimental basis. Since 2018, the Interim CDI or CDII has been officially included in the labor code and is therefore now fully recognized as a CDI under common law.
What is the Interim CDI?
The CDI Interim is, as its name suggests, a CDI with the particularity of chaining interim missions within it. With more than 100 contracts signed since its creation, the Interim CDI, even if as with any contract, it does not correspond to everyone, finds its audience and fits into the landscape on a long-term basis, proof of its response to the needs of its candidates.
While offering job security and guaranteed minimum remuneration every month, it allows its holder to continue to carry out interim assignments in different companies and thus retain a certain freedom.
