Do you know that according to a study conducted by Leadership IQ in 2020*, 89% of trial period terminations by companies are linked to a lack of soft-skills according to managers?
All of this soft skills or behavioral skills, which are not technical skills strictly speaking, can designate relational intelligence, interpersonal skills, communication methods, etc. These latter are therefore very important in the recruitment process.
Therefore, the personality and motivations candidates have a strong impact on some of these behavioral skills.
SOSIE test: focus on 2 key points that can make the difference between 2 candidates?
Our teams have been trained to allow you to benefit from the LOOKAlike test in support of your employee recruitment or development projects and thus make it possible to identify the matches or discrepancies of the candidate's profile in connection with the position offered.
The SOSIE test is thepersonality inventory the most used in France, it makes it possible to explore the personality of the candidate, his personal values and his interpersonal values:
- What drives your candidate and makes them vibrate?
- What will be his management style or the manager he can work well with?
- In what environment will it thrive?
- Which of his values explain his behavior?
How is a SOSIE test carried out?
It is very simple ! You don't have to do anything, we send the candidate the instructions for taking the assessment as well as the link to access it. This one lasts on average 30 minutes and can be done remotely.
Once the test has been carried out, we receive a report which it is up to us to analyze and interpret. We then produce a report of one page to a page and a half on average. We will endeavor to highlight the Matches or mismatches between the profile and the expectations of the position.
These reports can be structured according to the following form: context, motivations, personality, conclusion and recommendations.
Here are, for example, excerpts of elements that may appear there following a SOSIE evaluation:
“Motivational:
…Mr. X does not seek change if it is not necessary; his lack of adaptability is to be verified. The diversity of the activities of a position and the novelty do not displease him. We can hypothesize that it will not cause opportunities for all that. Indeed, Mr. X seems to appreciate having few objectives to manage simultaneously to better direct his energy...
Personality :
… Mr. X may lack caution, hindsight and continuity in daily tasks. His mode of communication and his relationship are supported by a fairly good social scope and ease of contact…”
