2 years after the announcement of our partnership with the Marathon de Nantes to become the first title partner of the Loire event, we were looking forward to meeting you for the 1st edition of the Abalone Marathon de Nantes. This Easter weekend 2022 was finally the opportunity to put on sneakers and get together for this running party. And the least we can say is that the public responded present!
The 1st edition of the Abalone Marathon of Nantes
The 40th edition of the Marathon de Nantes, and the 1st of the Abalone Marathon de Nantes, has indeed kept all its promises! Under a radiant sun you contributed to the full success of this event, and we had a lot of fun. In total, all events combined, you were almost 10 in the streets of Nantes this weekend: congratulations again to all!
Many thanks to the teams of Sport West Organization, for the organization, thank you to the 1 volunteers for their investment throughout the weekend, and finally to the public who came in large numbers to the courses to encourage the runners.
Competing in all events, the #TeamAbalone is no exception! Thus our employees, temporary workers, customers and partners have proudly worn the colors of the Tribe, displaying the values of sportsmanship and combativeness that drive us. Another very beautiful moment of conviviality and sharing within the Tribe.

A partnership that is both sporting and human
Beyond the sporting link between Abalone and the Nantes Marathon, this event was also an opportunity for us to put our expertise in human resources to good use. Indeed, through our agency Abalone Evénementiel Logistique et Grande Distribution located in Saint-Herblain, we worked closely with the organizers of the event to meet their staffing needs throughout the weekend. About sixty Abalone temporary workers thus contributed to the success of the event by intervening in security, logistics and handling missions. Thanks to them !
