Abalone was awarded this Tuesday, January 24, 2023 the Committed CSR Afnor label at the "exemplary" level.
At the end of the external audit carried out within our head office, we obtain the CSR Commitment label Model AFAQ 26000 “ Exemplary level », presented this Tuesday, January 24, 2023 by theAFNOR, French benchmark for assessing the maturity of a company's CSR reasoning.
The Committed CSR label, reward for a committed policy
By becoming labeled CSR Committed, we want to send a strong signal, that of an organization that assumes the impact of its decisions and is committed to the sustainable development of its activities.
Since the creation of Abalone by François-Xavier Moutel in 1991 and as professionals in the world of Human Resources, Man and the Environment are at the heart of our concerns and we invest ourselves in a global framework for the benefit of all.
During the audit, all the stakeholders in our CSR policy were questioned: management board, employees, European management, Quasar Formation, agency managers, temporary workers, customers, head of our datacenter, legal service provider, member of the Global Compact and even a partner sports club that we support.
In summary, here are the points valued by the audit which contributed to obtaining the label:
- A strong commitment from the management team based on theCSR DNA of the founder;
- A vision of a responsible independent company, of entrepreneurial growth with strong humanist values;
- A CSR strategy built on 5 pillars and 10 CSR commitments respecting the principles of Global Compact and Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), as well as Business Climate Convention (CEC) ;
- A pragmatic and transversal approach and management, adequate tools (BC, responsible purchasing charter, etc.);
- Un successful deployment with the Group's key stakeholders, from employees to temporary workers, including agency managers and partners.

Development of the CSR approach: our future actions
To continue to support the approach with all of our stakeholders, our ambition is reflected in the following actions:
- La upskilling of our employees permanent and temporary staff by training more:
- 20 hours of training planned for 000;
- Le development of our fight against discrimination :
- creation of an e-learning course for our permanent employees in agencies to provide even better support to our temporary workers and clients.
Finally, on the environmental part:
- our strategy is to expand our fleet of carbon-free vehicles from 62% to 70% within a year;
- also, the safety equipment for temporary workers will eventually be recyclable thanks to the creation of a dedicated sector.
